Introduction

At Rocketship, gratitude has been nurtured as an inherent virtue that lives deep within the entire fraternity. In fact, it springs from the fact that various events cross the boundaries separating race, gender, and age. Such a spirit has always been ingrained in the leaders, the support staff, teachers and students has continually thrived from such beliefs.

The 4 Common Core Values

At every school, there exist five core values that comprise four shared across the block while one is unique to every center. The four shared values are: respect, empathy, responsibility, and persistence. For each racketeer, these core values must always be recited in the Rocketeer creed to create an ingrained culture where positivity thrives as desperation and devastation remain outside the confines of Rocketship Education. Whenever they describe the core values, it allows them to grow and prosper in a community where their desire to excel and to exceed their expectations remains gets fulfilled

The Fifth Unique Core Value

For the fifth core value for each school, it is always a choice left to the parents and teachers of the school. The value, therefore, embodies the uniqueness of the school and also carries the vision and character of the same school. In choosing the core value, there exists a range of aspects that focus on services to bravery or from curiosity to the ganas. All these are to measure the school to within the mission of Rocketship education, and that remains to prepare students to be self-reliant, in school and even beyond. Also, it also embodies the need to equip them with the character skills that enable them to conform positively to harsh times considering their poor backgrounds. In this regard, we find the commitment of Rocketship to nurture and mold their students into responsible adults who empower in their societies. The system ensures that practicality of this vision through creating consistent, active and predictable school; an experience which aids the students to develop both social and emotional skills. When Rocketeers have well shown proper equipment with these skills and virtues, they are set to conquer their world with agility and patience that comes with readiness in life.
